Discussion with the alarm clock this morning
This morning, my alarm clock apparently had other plans than I did. 😄 It was convinced it was time to get up. I, on the other hand, thought that ten more minutes of sleep would be a great idea.
Well... those ten minutes turned into two hours. 🤭
When I opened my eyes again, I had to check the clock. Twice. Sometimes you really wonder how time can disappear so quickly. But honestly? After the last few days, I probably needed the sleep. I feel amazingly refreshed, calm, and full of energy.

Today evening, I stood under the shower, the warm water running over my shoulders and for a moment, everything was pleasantly quiet. No appointments, no work, no everyday chaos.
And that's exactly when the thoughts start. Typical. 😏

Coffee, gossip and small thoughts
This morning I was already on my way and had brunch with my neighbor. Fresh rolls, hot coffee and those wonderfully unspectacular conversations about work, health and the normal madness of everyday life. Actually nothing special - and maybe precisely because of that it's so pleasant.
While we chatted, I realized how often the little things are underestimated. A smile, a nice conversation or simply someone who takes their time. Sometimes it's exactly these encounters that have a longer-lasting impact than any major event.
Now I'm sitting here relaxed and motivated. The sun is peeking curiously through the window, my coffee cup is empty and my head is surprisingly full of good thoughts. Although they say coffee keeps you awake. I'm not sure if it's always just the coffee. 😏
